At Global Gaming Women, we are proud to offer the One Up One Down Mentorship Program—a unique and impactful opportunity designed to foster connection, confidence, and career growth among women across the gaming industry.

This virtual program pairs less experienced professionals (“One Down”) with more experienced peers (“One Up”) in a near-peer mentorship model. By connecting individuals just a few steps apart in their career journeys, the experience becomes immediately relevant, highly relatable, and deeply empowering.
